Shipping & Delivery
Every order ships with tracking from our partner warehouse. Most US orders arrive in 9 to 15 days. We email you the tracking link the day it ships. It can take 1 to 2 days to start updating.
Missed the shipping date? Send a digital gift card. It arrives by email in minutes.
Returns & Refunds
Our promise: If your order arrives damaged, broken or wrong, reply to your order confirmation email with a photo within 30 days. We send a free replacement or a full refund, no forms. You won't need to send it back.
Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Message us first and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Personalized items, like a necklace made with your photo, can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or wrong.

Where is my order?
We email your tracking link the day your order ships. It can take 1 to 2 days to start updating. You can also check it on our Track my order page.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Message us as soon as you can with your order number. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll update the address for you.
Can you ship straight to the person I'm gifting?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout. We don't put prices in the box, and you can add a gift message in the cart.
How do I send my photo for the pendant?
After you order, reply to your order confirmation email with your photo (JPG or PNG). You already picked your style and color at checkout. Clear, bright photos work best.
What sizes does the robe come in?
M, L, XL and XXL, in White or Gray. See the size guide on the Honk Robe page. Between sizes, go one size up.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not right now. We only ship to addresses in the United States.
