Refund policy

<h2>Our promise</h2>
<p>If your order arrives damaged, broken or wrong, we'll make it right. Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You won't need to send the item back.</p>
<h2>Changed your mind?</h2>
<p>You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send you return instructions. Please don't mail anything back before you hear from us, because returns sent without instructions can get lost. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Once we receive the item and check it, we refund the item price to your original payment method.</p>
<h2>Items we can't take back</h2>
<ul><li>Personalized items, like a necklace made with your photo, unless they arrive damaged or wrong.</li><li>Items that have been used, washed or worn, unless they arrive damaged or wrong.</li></ul>
<h2>Lost or late packages</h2>
<p>Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, or your package hasn't arrived 30 days after you ordered, email us and we'll send a replacement or a refund.</p>
<h2>Refund timing</h2>
<p>Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.</p>
